Add-Ons

  • $150 deposit is required for any unexpected expenses that may occur. (ice, extra linens, etc.) The full or remaining amount will be returned 48 hours after the wedding is concluded
  • $175 for deconstruction of wedding day, including removal of trash, bussing tables, discarding ceremony trash, removal or breakdown of floral arrangements
  • Any additional hours’ is $125.00
  • All packages include preferred vendor list
  • Vendor Meal’s will be provided for The Direct My Day Team
  • $100 for all Military, Teachers and First Responders
  • If you send a referral during or after your special event, you will receive a $50 gift card or $50 off the last deposit
  • Weddings of over 300 guests there is a $200 charge for every 100 guests
  • Ironing or steaming of any linens is $150 fee
  • $200 extra for rehearsal dinner (3 hours)
  • For weddings over 300 people there is an additional $250 for every 100 people
  • $150 fee for chair and table set up and breakdown
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – Price will vary
  • Bridal Lunch – Price will vary
  • Farewell Brunch/Lunch – Price will vary
  • Welcome Bags assembly/distribution – $175

Direct My Bar / Photobooth and Wedding Coordination

Add-Ons – for Bar:

  • $4.50 per person for additional guests
  • $0.50 per person for each additional mixer
  • We will supply garnish, shakers, and bottle openers
  • Must provide own alcohol
  • We will supply up to 10 bags of ice.  Fees apply for additional bags.
