Add-Ons:

  • $200 extra for Rehearsal Dinner (3 hours)
  • $150 extra for more than 150 guests for Assistant Fee

  • $75.00 for set up and breakdown of tables and chairs
  • $150 deposit is required for any unexpected expenses that may occur. (ice, extra linins, etc.) The full or remaining amount will be returned at end of wedding
  • All packages include preferred vendor list
  • In house vendor is offered for flowers and draping
  • $100 off for all Military, teachers and first responders
  • Weddings of over 300 guests there is a $200 charge for every 100 guests
  • Cleaning and bussing of tables and dishes is $150 fee
  • Full trash removal is $150
  • Ironing or steaming of any linins is $150 fee

Direct My Bar and Wedding Coordination

Royal Treatment

  • 2 Certified Bartenders for 4 hours
  • 5 mixers, cups, straws, napkins for 100 guests

Add-Ons:

  • $3.50 per person for additional guests
  • $0.50 per person for each additional mixer
  • We will supply garnish, shakers, and bottle openers
  • Must provide own alcohol
  • We will supply up to 10 bags of ice.  Fees apply for additional bags.

Add-Ons

  • If you send a referral during or after your special event, you will receive a $50 gift card or $50 off the last deposit
  • Teachers/Military/First Responders will receive an additional $100 off of any specials
  • A $100 deposit is required with all signed contracts for expenses. If there are no expenses, you will be reimbursed within 48 hours in the same manner that you paid
  • For weddings over 300 people there is an additional $250 for every 100 people
  • If there are more than 100 guests, an additional $150 for assistant fees
  • Trash removal additional $200. Cleaning and busing tables an additional $200
  • $25 fee for any chair set up
  • $25 for any chair break down
  • Finding venue or Vendors – Price will vary
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – Price will vary
  • Bridal Lunch – Price will vary
  • Farewell Brunch/Lunch – Price will vary

FAQs

  • Deposit is due at signing date with half of fee non-negotiable
  • Will travel outside of Charleston for a fee
  • We accept cash, cashier’s checks, venmo, and paypal, for deposits.  Credit Card is also accepted for a 5% fee
  • If you live outside the Charleston area you will have a gas fee depending on distance
